I have been going to Professional Automotive for about 10 years. They are the only ones I trust to do engine or brake work on my car. What I appreciate the most is not just that they do good work, but also that they are honest. I have taken my car to them before thinking it needed new brakes, but in fact it only needed brake fluid, and they assured me that since I don't drive it everyday the noise that I get is from it just sitting idle, not because anything is wrong. It is nice to have honest gentlemen treat a woman with respect and not try to take advantage of them like other shops do. If you want an honest mechanic, you will find them here. Good people and good service. I went for minor issue that of course turned into a major. The folks there were very up front about expectations, time frame, and of course cost. I was treated fairly and respectfully. They are very busy so call ahead, but I would rather go to the guy that is too busy than too slow!

Absolutely excellent service! They have the ability to diagnose problems, determine available solutions, and provide time and cost estimates for me. They can explain the repair process and answer technical questions in a language that I can understand. Once the repair option has been chosen, they are quick to complete the work and keep me informed of the status of the work. When the work is done, the vehicle is returned in a clean condition. The shop is neat and clean and the staff are very pleasant. I could not ask for any better service. Thanks!!!

Brought my truck in for service, the estimate was fair. They called to discuss other potential repairs prior to doing anything. The work was completed as asked, the bill was close to the original estimate. They honored the first time customer discount mentioned on their web page. I will bring my truck back for regularly scheduled maintenance and repairs. I am satisfied with the service.

Price is average (high). No negative feedback. They fixed my brake problem. I may have been upsold on replacing all my brake parts for $1800, but at least they'll be good for years. They also quoted me $550 to replace a power steering line which I did myself with a $50 part and 3 hrs labor - which lines up with shop rates I guess.

Wonderful place to have automotive needs taken care of. They where very knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me like men often do when talking about vehicle issues. I'm not the average female and know my car stuff though. Very professional and knowledgeable. Got my truck in and once they diagnosed my issues called to verify work and got right to work had my truck on the road in no time and the old girl is running so much better with her new shoes.

Routine maintenance Professional automotive is always very helpful and professional with my car. We will be driving the ALCan and need a tire jack for car and Don found the model # needed for my car and suggestion on where to find it as well! They also always listen to my concerns as well!
